WINERAM Australia is part of a series of feature length documentaries that travels the world going country by country with a goal of creating a new and approachable discourse on wine by integrating wine education, travel and adventure. This film follows the American Sommelier and local filmmaker Colin West around Australia after he completed a season of vintage winemaking. He then sets off to explore every corner of the country visiting their top winemakers while learning about the local wine, their region, the local hot spots and also forcing the hand of local winemakers into extreme activities that most would never dream of doing. This documentary is fast-paced, exciting and an intriguing approach to wine. Made for anyone to understand, appreciate and most importantly feel entertained and inspired to look deeper into your own glass of wine.
