Bing Bong TV is a situational comedy about two outcasts, Sam and Quimby, who are driven into an unlikely friendship as they attempt to save a failing public access show from looming budget cuts. High jinks ensue at Boggs Prairie Public Access with characters both friend and foe, but come awards season at the station, will Bing Bong survive the budget cuts?
