Every summer a few intrepid Evergreeners embark on an intensive adventure to create cameraless animation on 16mm and 35mm film in five weeks using a myriad of handcrafted techniques not recommended by any manufacturer. This FREE show is an incredibly rare opportunity to see unique, original film creations projected in glorious 35mm FILM – still higher resolution than any digital projection. You won’t see anything like this anywhere else on this planet, now in our twelfth year of this summer’s end experimental extravaganza tradition. Many of these student artists had never touched film five weeks ago, now unleashing these cinematic masterworks on the giant silver screen. Come prepared for your mind’s eye to be dazzled and enlightened! Also see art by other TESC summer art students displayed in the lobby gallery!
