Staff Bios

STAFF MEMBERS
Audrey M. Henley - Executive Director
Pronouns: she/they
Audrey Henley has 30 years of experience in concert production, film programming, and marketing.   She is deeply connected and respected in the Olympia community. She started programming at OFS in 2005 and was promoted to Executive Director in 2013. She has established partnerships and has increased OFS’s visibility beyond our surrounding communities. Audrey is recognized for her leadership in historic preservation, concert programming, and creative partnership building, as well as her commitment to the arts.  Audrey served as heritage commissioner for the City of Olympia and for Olympia Heritage, is a member of the Olympia Downtown Rotary Club, and is the owner of RevMo Choppers and Coffee in downtown Olympia. 

Rob Patrick - Director of Programming
Pronouns:  he/him
Rob Patrick is a former member of the San Diego Film Critics Society. He has written about movies for The East County Californian, The Alpine Sun, and San Diego Entertainer Magazine. Rob has also worked with the Pacific Arts Movement, a media arts organization focusing on Asian American and Asian international cinema. In 2018, MovieMaker Magazine named him a programmer to watch. Rob has been featured on Witch Chat, a celebrated talk show hosted by Tacocat's Bree McKenna. In 2022, he co-founded Two of Clubs, the world's smallest and best film club. The San Diego Reader once called him "ebullient."

Aimee Hughes - Business Manager
Pronouns:  she/her
Aimee has 20 years of professional business accounting and tax preparation experience.  Since joining the OFS staff in 2013, her focus has turned to nonprofit accounting and reporting, including processing grants and contributions and developing best practices for financial operations.   She loves camping and attending music festivals.

Joaquin de la Puente - Cinema Technician
Pronouns: he/him
Joaquin de la Puente III graduated from the Art Institute of Chicago with a BFA. After college, during the 1990s, he worked in film and video production in Chicago and LA. In Chicago, he began working with the world-renowned James Bond and his company, Full Aperture Systems, installing cinemas for temporary and permanent venues worldwide. After moving to New York City in 2000, he began working as a Visual Effects Compositor and Editor on many large-release feature films and not-so-large-release short films. While in New York, he also worked as a technician and projectionist for most of the downtown art house cinemas and museums, notably the incomparable Anthology Film Archives.  Joaquin is also a filmmaker, musician, and writer.

Jack Moriarity – Production Manager
Pronouns: he/him
Raised in Port Orchard, Washington, by an underground arts family, Jack Moriarity latched onto music at a young age and has been involved in performing and orchestrating shows both on and offstage for his entire life. He cut his teeth in the music industry while managing Lavender Country, recognized by the Country Music Hall of Fame as the first openly gay country band. In 2024, he completed his Bachelor of Arts at The Evergreen State College with a dual focus on Media Production and Humanities. Jack spends most of his free time in unsanitary dive bars playing loud rock ‘n’ roll music.

Kelly Ramirez - Volunteer Director
Pronouns: she/her
Kelly is a filmmaker/artist led by their educational background in film theory and psychology. Kelly is Latina, Mexican-American from the Central Valley/Bay Area, CA. Kelly moved to Olympia in 2017 and graduated from The Evergreen State College with a degree in media production and a minor in psychology.  She believes in making positive change by extending volunteer programs to communities historically underrepresented in the film industry. Kelly has been an OFS volunteer since the summer of 2022.  She is a gardener/landscaper interested in environmental justice and loves plants.

Jeff  Windley - Housekeeping and Maintenance Engineer
Pronouns: he/him
Olympia native and lifelong area resident. Jeff graduated from The Evergreen State College in 2013, has been an OFS volunteer since 2017, and has been a staff member in charge of building maintenance since 2018. Trash cinema enthusiast, particularly passionate about horror.  We can try to find what was once lost.

OFS Board and Committee meetings are held in-person and on Google Meets. The meeting room is located at the Capitol Theater Annex, 202 5th Avenue SE, Olympia, WA 98501, and is accessible. Any public interested in attending should email audrey@olympiafilmsociety.org  at least one week prior to attending any organizational meeting.
