All proceeds benefit OFS and its mission to present film, music, and art that engages our community, encourages volunteerism, and ensures the preservation of the Capitol Theater.</div><div><br></div><div>About&nbsp; Joel Astley</div><div>Seattle-based Joel Astley is a multi-award winning singer, songwriter, and harmonica player. He and his band have collected numerous accolades from the Washington Blues Society, among other regional and national societies. They deliver a high energy and engaging show, blending sparkling originals and select classic cuts from roots rock, blues, funk, soul, Americana and rockabilly.
