Synopsis
I Bought a Vampire Motorcycle: When a Satanist biker is killed by a gang of Hells Angels, an evil spirit he was summoning possesses his old Norton Commando motorcycle. So, when unsuspecting local courier Nick “Noddy” Oddie (Neil Morrissey, TV’s Men Behaving Badly) becomes the bike’s new owner, little does he know that it runs on blood and has a habit for killing Hells Angels and anyone else who gets in its way. Veteran British TV director Dirk Campbell (In the Night Garden…) made his feature film directorial debut with this cult classic, which co-stars Michael Elphick (The Element of Crime), Anthony Daniels (C-3PO of the Star Wars franchise), and Burt Kwouk (Cato Fong of The Pink Panther films).

The Passenger: A haunted man pushes past grief, trauma, and the forces of nature to find healing on a surreal motorcycle journey. The Passenger invokes the foreign art house films of the 70s while simultaneously celebrating the classic Americana of Easy Rider that highlights the raw, fragile texture of mental health with a marked gritty spirituality, where the essence of friendship is defined, and nature is personified as both a merciless and healing force. The film also features an original score by legendary underground artist Jarboe and her creative partner Kris Force, whose previous work on ‘The Path’ garnered a “Best Composition” Award at the Bilbao International Game Awards. Thor Harris, a member of Swans, also contributed his eminent talents to the soundtrack.
Director: Jeff Elstone / 2023 / USA / 22 min
