THE NEW GIRLFRIEND

In director Francois Ozon’s latest suspenseful thriller, a woman becomes involved with a man that harbors an intriguing secret. When Claire’s best friend Laura dies suddenly, she feels an obligation to support Laura’s widowed husband David, who has been left to father his infant daughter alone. All seems well until the day Claire enters the house and finds a strange woman holding the baby and no sign of David to be found. Soon, Claire becomes enamored with the mysterious woman, who may hold the key to David’s disappearance and the answers to her deepest desires.
