Filmed over several years, the documentary Rich Hill delves into the tiny suburb of Rich Hill, Missouri, an out-of-the-way burg that offers little opportunity for fulfillment of the American dream.The Grand Jury winner at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, it is a picturesque journey into the lives of three teenaged boys and the challenges their lives have dealt them: broken homes, an unsupportive community, and lackluster schools. Each boy has a unique spirit and objective in life that they hope will carry them through.
