GMO OMG
With the subject of genetically modified foods up for debate, GMO OMG arrives at a pivotal time. Going behind the scenes and around the world, he investigates the origins of this experimental food technology, taking into account the reasons for its invention, the implications that could result from its widespread introduction into our food supply, and the impact of its use right now. From there, we visit countries from Great Britain to Haiti, where GMOs have been banned due to the overwhelming voices of citizens who have refused to become unwitting guinea pigs in the name of profit for giant chemical companies.
