CAPITOL THEATER TO BEGIN ACCEPTING DEBIT & CREDIT CARDS 10/1/14

OFS is excited to announce beginning October 1st we will be able to accept debit and credit cards at the Capitol Theater!

Patrons will be able to purchase tickets, memberships, and make donations at the box office as well as purchase concession snacks, merchandise and bevvies from the Mezzanine Lounge.

There will be a $.50 fee for all transactions made in the box office – this excludes donations and memberships, again there will be no fee attached to items that are considered contributions.

Equipment has arrived and in place in concessions areas. We will be using IPads in all 3 locations (box, concessions, lounge) and OFS custom crafted software to process transactions, keep inventory, and log in volunteers before each shift.

Volunteers interested in beta testing and peer training during September 23 – 30 should sign up with Ryan volunteer@olympiafilmsociety.org

The system is easy to use, but please make room for mistakes as this software and system is new to all of us. Onward and upward towards the future!
