BANFF Mountain Film Festival Doors open one hour before each screening time.
Come and experience remote cultures along with heart stopping, thoughtful and sometimes hilarious adventures of mountain climbing, skiing, biking and kayaking in some of most beautiful and enchanting places on the planet – all brought to life on the big screen!
Different films are shown each night and feature exploration of remote landscapes, mountain cultures and adrenaline-fueled action sports. All proceeds go to The Olympia Branch of the Mountaineers, a nonprofit organization founded in 1906 and dedicated to the responsible enjoyment of natural areas.
This stop on the world tour presented by National Geographic and The North Face is hosted by The Olympia Mountaineers, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, in partnership with the Olympia Film Society and The Alpine Experience.
