Mezzanine Art Space
Celebrate Spring Arts Walk with two local and talented artists in the Capitol Theater’s Mezzanine Art Space!
Meet the artists: Friday, April 25 5:00pm & Saturday, April 26 12:00pm
Mandy Ceyhun: Oil paintings
Mandy is a longtime Olympia resident, painter, Evergreen grad, and proud mama. Mandy works primarily with oils but
sometimes likes to use acrylic and watercolor. Her world is about parenting so it’s no surprise that this has also become the prominent theme in her art. Adventure, beauty, joy, fatigue, and escape are all elements of her life that she’s tried to bring to this collection of work.
Richard Swanson: Photography
Richard has been exhibiting his photographs for 13 Olympia Arts Walks. This will be his first time to display at the Olympia Film Society’s Historic Capitol Theater. His theme this year will be “Olympia – My Home Town.”
